At Around Lisbon we made our selection of Tours, trying to combine the places most people want to see when coming to Portugal with our own preferences.
This task wasn't always easy, as there are many, many places worth taking a good look at.
For instance, while designing the "Mystic Forest Tour", we were forced to let go some magnificent places like Quinta da Regaleira or Convento dos Capuchos, as there was simpply not enough time to do them all. Sintra is an amazing place and you could take several days trying to see all its wonders.
We also tried to include a visit to Mira D'Aire Caves in our "Faith and Heritage" or "Templar River" tours, but it was impossible to make it all fit in just one day trip.
That's why we propose you to create your own Custom Tour. We're perfectly aware that our general Tours leave much out.
There are many ways you can use to research about Portugal, but we sugest "Visit Portugal", an official website from Turismo de Portugal.
