Unless properly specified, the inscription on any AROUND LISBON organized tours implies full acceptance of the following terms:
Payments
Upon inscription and reservation the client must pay the total (100%) of the reservation before departure. The non-payment before the tour departure, gives AROUND LISBON the right to cancel the inscription/reservation and charge the client all the fees originated with the cancellation.
Form of Payment
We are developing other forms of payment (online credit card) but for the time being we can only accept: Bank Transfer (if booked in advance) or Cash (euros) if booked directly, as forms of payment. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Changes
Kindly change the reservation only if it’s strictly necessary to do so.
Cancellations
All cancellations must be done, if possible, by written (fax or e-mail). Please take good note that the cancellation policy of most of the suppliers is very strict, in some cases there are cancellation fees of 100% for cancellations made 48 hours prior to the departure date. For further details please ask us each supplier’s specific policy.
