When you make a booking we will ask for your name, postal address, telephone number and e-mail address.
We will need your name so we can inform our insurance company and other suppliers (when applicable).
We also will need your address so that we can send you a written confirmation of the booked tour (if booking in advance) and also send you an invoice for the payment.
We would need your telephone number and e-mail address in the unlikely event that we need to contact you urgently about your tour.
We may also use your IP (Internet Protocol) address to diagnose problems with our server and administer the site - monitoring visitor traffic patterns and site usage to help us develop and improve the Around Lisbon site further.
The information you share with us will be passed to our suppliers (insurance company and other companies responsible for the various activities we suggest, such as dolphin watching, surfing lessons, boat rides and others) only where necessary for the purposes of booking your tour.
We also have a Firewall (security software) in place to protect our internal information from the Internet. Around Lisbon will only disclose your name and other details to our suppliers for operational purposes.
We will not pass on your details to other companies for marketing purposes.
