The Beatles famous song "Magical Mystery Tour" could have been written after this "Mystic Forest" trip.
Sintra is a magical and enchanted place, where time stood still. Set on top of mountains and surrounded by a luxuriant forest that grows in this microclimatic region, you will find the most mysterious palaces and castles, hidden in a typical mist that often surprises the visitors.

- We’ll pick you up where you’re staying and leave Lisbon;

- Then you’ll arrive at São Pedro de Sintra, half-an-hour later, beginning the exploration of Sintra‘s paths, all the way up to the Pena Park;

- After visiting some of the most charming and dreamlike spots in the Park, we’ll climb up to the palace, where you’ll relax while enjoying the marvellous views at the roof café, before visiting the Pena Palace;

- Then we’ll descend to the village for lunch. You will have free time to try the delicious pastry at Periquita Café, visit Lawrence’s Hotel (the oldest hotel in the Iberian Peninsula) or just enjoy a walk in the narrow streets that surround the Palácio da Vila;

- Then we’ll start heading to the coast, passing Quinta da Regaleira, Seteais and Monserrate palaces before arriving at Cabo da Roca, the most western point in continental Europe;

- Passing by the Praia do Guincho windy sands, we’ll follow to Boca do Inferno, an astonishing rock formation near Cascais;

- The tour then stops in Cascais, the “Portuguese Riviera” village, for a quick break and maybe an ice cream at Santini, the most famous in Portugal;

- Drive along the coast on the Marginal road passing Estoril (famous for being an espionage center during World War II) and its Casino, and heading back to Lisbon always escorted with beautiful views from the sea and Tagus River.
